When you place an order, the website will automatically calculate the delivery charge based on the weight of your order.

Dispatch
Orders are normally processed and dispatched on working days. (Mon-Fri)
Orders paid for before 11am will normally be dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and order volumes. This is an aim, and not a guarantee
Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the delivery service and circumstances outside our control.
Free Delivery
Orders over £90 qualify for free delivery.
Returns
If you are a consumer and have purchased an item online, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.
The cost of returning unwanted items is normally the customer’s responsibility.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem.
