Returns Policy

You may wish to return items to us for a number of reasons.  The reason for the return will determine the section of the policy that must be followed. 

Prior to returning the item(s):
It is compulsory that you inform us that you intend to return an item and provide a reason for the return within 7 working days of receiving the item. Although it would be appreciated if you could inform us as soon as possible. We will then highlight the relevant terms of the returns policy and supply you with a returns number. 

When returning the item(s) the package must include all items intended for return; an inventory of the item(s) included; the reason(s) for the return; the returns number and your contact details.  This is to ensure that we are able to correctly process the return once it is received.  

Reasons for return:

We will always endeavour to ensure that your order is correct and that it is received in a proper condition.  However from time to time there may be a mistake made.  If it is agreed that we have made a mistake then in such cases we will always do our utmost to correct the situation. 

Missing item:
If an order is received incomplete by error then we will either offer to refund the missing item or have it despatched to you with no extra postal charge. 

Faulty item:
If an item is received faulty, then we will either offer to refund the faulty item or replace it.  There will be no extra postal charge for the replacement item.  If we request that you return the faulty item then we will refund your postal costs. 

Incorrect item:
If we have sent you an incorrect item, then we will either offer to refund the missing item or replace it. There will be no extra postal charge for the replacement item.  If we request that you return the incorrect item then we will refund your postal costs.

We understand that from time to time our customers may purchase an item in error, or decide that they no long want an item that they have purchased.  If this is the case we are willing to accept the returned item in accordance to this policy. 

Please ensure that you follow the ‘Prior to returning the item(s)’ section above.  When we have received the returned item and are happy with its condition and confident that it has not been used prior to its return, we will then process your refund. 

If you have a paypal account we will always aim to complete the refund via paypal.  If you do not have a paypal account then your refund will be made via cheque. 

Your refund will be for the sale cost less 20% handling fee, of the item only.  No postal costs will be refunded. 

We reserve the right to deduct any additional fees associated with the sale from the total amount refunded. 

We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the sale cost of the item.  For the majority of the cases we will not implement this right.  This will be reserved mainly for orders of unique items that we have purchased specifically for a customer or where we have had to obtain an unusually high quantity of stock for an order that is subsequently returned.
